Phase 1: Discover & Plan
During the Discovery Phase we will be working on reviewing your PMP and marketing goals so that when we come into the Discovery call meeting we are able to discuss our proposed sitemap strategy, your competition, your reviews and rankings on TripAdvisor & Google. During this call we will also review your existing website and have design discussions for your new website. By performing a deep dive and working with you on your sitemap during this call we are able to sprint through the beginning stages of our project process.

Phase 2: Invent
During this phase our skilled designers will be using the information discussed on the Discovery call to mock up your design comp. The design comp is a static image showing the colors, fonts, textures, and buttons that will be built on your website. During this phase you receive 2 rounds of complimentary revisions to get your comp looking exactly how you would like it to look before moving into build out.
We will also be performing copy research, SEO research to support your Sitemap themes, and setting up your account with our VMS system.

- What's Next? After your comp is approved we will move into build out and start writing the content for your new website.
Phase 3: Build
The site is now in the hands of our very skilled and capable designers. The design comp you approved is being built out as a fully functioning website. You will receive 2 rounds of revisions once we present the website preview. After completing those, we will go live and then you will receive 1 round of post live revisions. Please review which revisions are acceptable and which could be considered out of scope.
During this time, the content for your site is being written with the finalized search terms for your website SEO. All content and website builds are given strict quality assurance testing.
If you’ve purchased paid advertising, we are also working on building these themes out during this phase so they are ready to launch as soon as your website launches.
Phase 4: Launch, Manage, & Grow
It’s time to launch! Your site is now live and your SEO and PPC are starting to generate traffic and gain traction. Your account manager is constantly looking over your performance and will schedule marketing reviews with you to show how you’re performing, what’s working well, and what needs improvement.
If you have been working with a Project Manager, at this time you can say goodbye and will transition over to working directly with your Account Manager (or customer service team info@lotusmarketing.com).
